Terms and Conditions for Exec Fit Lab Programs

By enrolling in any Exec Fit Lab coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. All programs require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. This period is necessary to provide you with the comprehensive skills, knowledge, and guidance needed to create sustainable and lifelong changes in your health and fitness.

• Fees & Payment: Program subscription fees are payable monthly in advance and will be processed via Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time and in full. Failure to do so may result in the termination of services or further legal action as outlined below.

• Cancellation Policy: Upon completion of the initial six (6) month period, you may elect to cancel your subscription by providing one (1) calendar month’s notice. To submit a cancellation request, you must provide your full name, payment date, coach name, and the reason for cancellation in an email to Cancel@execfitlab.com. Please be advised that cancellation requests submitted through any other means, including but not limited to verbal communication or social media, will not be processed and will be considered invalid.

• Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, Exec Fit Lab reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any outstanding amounts, along with any applicable fees, fines, or legal costs incurred. Failure to meet your financial obligations may negatively impact your credit rating and may affect your ability to secure future credit. All outstanding balances must be settled before any cancellation request is processed.

By participating in our programs, you accept full responsibility for adhering to these terms. Any breach of this agreement will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law.
